If for any reason you are not happy with an item you received, we offer a straightforward and free return process to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We believe our customers shouldn't have to pay for a product they don't want.

Return Shipping: John Pierce Auto Care provides free return shipping on all eligible domestic orders. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processed returns. The price you paid is the amount you will get back.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@johnpierceautocare.com.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process via PayPal
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

PayPal Transactions: Since we exclusively use PayPal for all transactions, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account after we have issued the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will expedite a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
