Fast & Free Shipping

At John Pierce Auto Care, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, and no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Delivery Window: 4 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

To ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently, we partner with reliable national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Transparency is key to our service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This applies to all payment methods, including all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If you paid via PayPal, your tracking number will also be updated within your PayPal transaction details for your convenience.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, John Pierce Auto Care only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain our commitment to quality and timely delivery for our domestic customers.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@johnpierceautocare.com within 3 business days. We will prioritize your claim and assist with a replacement or resolution.
