Order Processing & Handling Time We know you need your automotive parts and accessories quickly. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows: Transit Time is typically 3 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within a total window of 4 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers To ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently, we partner with reliable national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.
Order Tracking Transparency is key to our service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, regardless of whether you paid via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) or PayPal. If you used PayPal, your tracking number will also be updated within your PayPal transaction details for your convenience. Shipping Destinations Currently, John Pierce Auto Care only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain our commitment to quality and timely delivery for our domestic customers.
Damaged or Missing Shipments If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@johnpierceautocare.com within 3 business days so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
